Trevor has been awarded Honorary STAR Membership to SA Estate Agents Association for his continuous contributions and general support.

Trevor build up the reputation as the Real Estate Doctor but turned out to be The Real Estate Guru and is highly valued and respected within the Real Estate Fraternity.

Trevor started his Real Estate career in the early 80's in the Algarve, Portugal. Here he obtained a very good understanding of the needs of the European buyer. Trevor was employed in a senior management position with an International Leisure Development Group by the name of Euro Actividade AG. He had total control of 9 resorts in the Algarve. His sales force consisted of 150 agents from 15 different nationalities.

Trevor then went to the Canary Islands to help design, develop and market resorts. Returning to South Africa in 1990. He has been involved with various Real Estate companies in South Africa. His awards, certificates and credentials speak for themselves.

In 2003 and 2004, Trevor toured different parts of the world on a fact finding mission. This mission was to look at all aspects in Real Estate with the emphasis on ethics, customer care and professional training ( for Real Estate ). Recently he has decided to take his career from one of success to significance. His passion for the Real Estate Industry is fuelled by his desire to be able to make a difference - doing so with very professional training.

He has been training, motivating, mentoring and coaching Real Estate individuals, teams and companies throughout South Africa to increase their sales and improve their quality of life to prepare for a comfortable retirement. Trevor knows his subject very well and his enthusiasm and passion for excellence and his Sales insight and mastery is what sets him apart from many others in the industry.
