He started his Real Estate Career in 2011 as Estate Agent, completing his NQF 5 qualification and soon after started Armer Properties with his husband Rawlin Armer.
Shawn continued rising early and since built a successful career in the Real Estate industry, he formed part of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa Gauteng region Board of Directors as Marketing Director. He dedicated his time to implement systems for making administrative work easier and getting results out fast. Trevor started his Real Estate career in the early 80's in the Algarve, Portugal. Here he obtained a very good understanding of the needs of the European buyer. Trevor was employed in a senior management position with an International Leisure Development Group by the name of Euro Actividade AG. He had total control of 9 resorts in the Algarve. His sales force consisted of 150 agents from 15 different nationalities.
Trevor then went to the Canary Islands to help design, develop and market resorts. Returning to South Africa in 1990. He has been involved with various Real Estate companies in South Africa. His awards, certificates and credentials speak for themselves.
In 2003 and 2004, Trevor toured different parts of the world on a fact finding mission. This mission was to look at all aspects in Real Estate with the emphasis on ethics, customer care and professional training ( for Real Estate ). Recently he has decided to take his career from one of success to significance. His passion for the Real Estate Industry is fuelled by his desire to be able to make a difference - doing so with very professional training.
